What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password. When you place an order we store the delivery and billing details you enter, the items ordered and the amounts charged. We also record a session cookie so you stay signed in and your cart is not lost between pages.
What we do not collect
We do not store card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Manual bank transfer and cash on delivery are the only supported payment methods, and payment is recorded as a status against the order after it is confirmed.
Why we use it
To create and manage your account, to process and deliver orders, to answer support requests, to keep accurate tax and accounting records, and to prevent fraud and abuse of the store.
Sharing
We share delivery details with the courier that carries your order, and payment details with the bank only when you ask us to reconcile a transfer. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Account data is kept while the account is open. You can ask for your account to be closed, and for personal data that is not needed for statutory records to be deleted.
